Q1: Where can I get EmersonGrow app?
For iOS users, please download our app in AppStore, search "EmersonGrow"
For Android users, please press here for download.
Q2: Why can't I sync my X7/X7+?
Their are 2 major reasons:
1. Did you allow EmersonGrow app to get your location information?
EmersonGrow app needs your location info to get your Wifi information.
For iOS device, please Goto Settings ,find EmersonGrow app at bottom, and choose"while using"
2. Are you using 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi?
Our Prism X7/X7+ ONLY works wifi 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If your Wi-Fi is 5G or mixed, you may not sync our device successfuly. Please make sure your Wi-Fi is in 2.4 GHz ONLY.
